01·B Brand Display Faces Two character faces with one job each: Audiowide is the logo, Orbitron is a tribute accent. Both are display-only — never body, never long headlines.

Audiowide
Logo OnlyGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

Designed by Brian J. Bonislawsky (Astigmatic). Soft-cornered tubular tech forms — distinctive and unmistakably "yours." Reserve it for the wordmark and the rare oversized brand moment. It has a single weight, no lowercase rhythm for reading, and gets illegible fast at small sizes, so it should never set headlines, body, or UI. Note: the font is OFL/free to use, but "Audiowide" is a trademark of Astigmatic — that affects the font's name, not your right to use it in your logo.

Orbitron
Tribute AccentGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

By Matt McInerney (The League of Moveable Type). A geometric, retro-futuristic face built as an alternative to Eurostile and Bank Gothic — exactly the sci-fi/tech look that evokes an earlier era of computing. Ideal as a nod to the old company: use it sparingly for a heritage badge, an anniversary mark, or a small "a tradition since…" line. Like Audiowide, it's display-only. It does carry a full weight range (400–900), so it's a touch more flexible.

Audiowide and Orbitron share a similar retro-tech DNA, so using both at once can read as busy. Keep them apart: Audiowide owns the logo, Orbitron owns the tribute mark. Let Bricolage Grotesque handle all real headlines and Plex Sans do the talking. Two character faces, each in its lane, on a neutral foundation.

02 The Specimens Each face shown with its alphabet, weight range, and a paragraph at reading size. Every one is on Google Fonts and self-hostable.
Bricolage Grotesque
DisplayGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

Designed by Mathieu Triay (Atelier Triay). A warm, slightly irregular grotesque with weight, width, and optical-size axes. It carries personality without shouting, which is exactly what separates your covers and headlines from the wall of Arial every other MSP uses.

IBM Plex Sans
Text / UIGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

IBM's corporate typeface, designed by Mike Abbink & Bold Monday. Engineered for screens and long reading, tech-forward but genuinely friendly. The natural body and interface companion to Bricolage, and the backbone of your whole system.

IT That's Refreshingly Human
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz 0123456789 &@#$%

When a workstation goes down at 7 a.m., the last thing your team needs is a help desk that talks in acronyms. Tech Dynamix monitors every endpoint, manages your Microsoft 365 tenant, and keeps your backups tested, so the technology fades into the background and your people get on with their work. That's the refreshingly human part.

IBM Plex Mono
Code / DataGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

The monospace member of the Plex family. Use it for code blocks, config, log output, ticket IDs, and anywhere figures must align. Keeps technical deliverables visually tied to the rest of the system instead of borrowing a random terminal font.

IBM Plex Serif
Formal TextGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

The serif companion to Plex. Reach for it when a document needs extra gravitas, contracts, SEC Reg S-P compliance write-ups, formal letters, where a serif reads as more authoritative while staying inside the Plex family.

This Incident Response Plan establishes the procedures by which Tech Dynamix, as a service provider to covered financial institutions, will detect, contain, and report unauthorized access to customer information in accordance with SEC Regulation S-P.

03 Supporting Cast Optional faces for specific jobs: dense dashboards, government-adjacent work, accessibility, and code with ligatures.
Inter
Data UIGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

By Rasmus Andersson. The modern standard for data-dense interfaces. Tight, neutral, and crucially has true tabular figures so numbers line up in columns. Swap it in for the UI layer of Chart.js dashboards and admin tables where Plex Sans feels a touch wide.

Dashboards & Data 1234567890

Tabular figures keep columns honest: $10,300/mo across 114 vendors, 47 active clients, top 5 = 33% of revenue. Numbers align cleanly, which matters when every row of a financial or ticketing report needs to scan in a single glance.

Public Sans
Gov / ComplianceGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

The U.S. federal government's official typeface (USWDS). Neutral and trustworthy. A subtle signal of seriousness on CMMC 2.0 readiness reports and government-adjacent compliance material, where it quietly says "we know this world."

CMMC 2.0 Readiness

Public Sans is open source, maintained by the federal design system, and free for any use. Pairing it with a serif body gives compliance documents an official, plain-language feel without licensing a corporate typeface.

Source Serif 4
Doc BodyGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

Adobe's open serif workhorse with optical sizes. An alternative document body when you want a serif that isn't tied to the Plex family, excellent for long-form proposals and reports.

Atkinson Hyperlegible
AccessibilityGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

From the Braille Institute, engineered so easily-confused characters (I, l, 1, O, 0) stay distinct. Reach for it when a client has accessibility requirements or an older user base.

Illegible? 0O 1lI — not here.

JetBrains Mono
Code +LigaturesGoogle FontsSIL OFL 1.1

A coding monospace with programming ligatures (=>, !=, >=). Nicer than Plex Mono when a deliverable shows a lot of actual source, e.g. your Deploy-NewPC script or PHP dashboard snippets.

if (status != "ok") => alert(); // ligatures: => != >= <=

Logo & wordmark Audiowide — and only the wordmark Your established brand mark. Don't extend it to headlines or UI; it loses legibility fast and dilutes the logo's distinctiveness.
Heritage / tribute mark Orbitron, used sparingly A small nod to the old company — anniversary badges, "a tradition since…" lines, retro callouts. Keep it away from Audiowide so the two display faces don't compete.
Web & dashboards Bricolage headlines · Plex Sans body · Inter for dense tables · Plex Mono code You control rendering, so any OFL font works. Inter's tabular figures keep Chart.js labels and data tables clean.
PDF proposals Bricolage headings · Plex Sans or Source Serif 4 body · Plex Mono for specs PDFs embed fonts automatically, so nothing extra is needed. Serif body if you want more gravitas.
Compliance / SEC Reg S-P / CMMC Public Sans headings · Source Serif 4 or Plex Serif body Public Sans reads as official and plain-language; a serif body signals authority for regulatory documents.
Editable Word docs (client-facing) Embed Plex Sans, or fall back to Arial Recipients need the font installed or embedded (File → Options → Save → Embed fonts). This is why your brand guide defaults to Arial.
Code-heavy deliverables JetBrains Mono (ligatures) or Plex Mono · prose in Plex Sans JetBrains Mono's ligatures make scripts like Deploy-NewPC and PHP snippets read cleanly.
Accessibility-first clients Atkinson Hyperlegible body · Bricolage headings Disambiguated characters (0/O, 1/l/I) for older user bases or stated accessibility requirements.
